I am a state govt employee (Tehnical Education Dept)working in Saudi Arabia on leave without allowances.

Many employees like me are facing a problem now that the government is not approving any leave extension request for working abroad.

Many expatriates from Saudi Arabia are returning back to our state by losing their job due to the Saudiazation in their jobs and it will lead a major problem to our state. In this situation, govt has to grant leave / chance to those who have chance to work in any foreign country. This will get a double benefit to our state that our state will get foreign money as well as chance to work unemployed youths in their long leave vacancy. If the govt is refusing the leave extension request, it will be in a reverse effect and resulting double loss to the state.

If possible, please bring this issue through your news paper to the notice of state government to get a positive decision.
