Kerala Kaumudi online had earlier reported that Bahubali protagonist Rana Daggubati will make debut in Mollywood as Anizham Thirunal Marthanda Varma. On Sunday, he paid a visit to Sree Padmanabha Swami temple seeking the deity’s blessing, ahead of his new venture. The film’s director K Madhu also accompanied Rana today morning to the temple.

The film will be packed with eventful moments in the life of Marthanda Varma.

A long line of cast from Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi languages will be there in the film. Seven Arts Mohan is producing the film to be made by Robin Thirumala.

The film is touted to be one of the most expensive films in Malayalam. The film, which will virtually recreate, Kulachal war has Peter Hein as its stunt master.

Sound effects is by Oscar winner Rasool Pookutty.

Camera is by R Madhi K Jayakumar. Shibu Chakravarthy and Prabha Varma are writing songs, which will be composed by music director Keeravani.
