THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC president M M Hassan, in a statement, has said that the CPM has shown their gross face again through the murder of the Youth Congress member in Kannur.

“The CPM is trying to instigate its tendency for violent politics in the Congress, thereby making Kerala a war zone. This is a murder that happened with the complete knowledge and permission of the CPM district leadership,” he said.

“A video showing some CPM members shouting “your days are numbered” during their rally in Edayannur two weeks ago has surfaced. This itself is proof enough for the fact that the CPM is behind this murder,” he said.

Hassan also warned that if the CPM tries to protect the culprits in the incident, the Congress woul give leadership to a massive public protest against it.
