Varsham, scripted and directed by Ranjith Shankar, is one of super star Mammootty’s best films. The film was a hit among the people as well as a commercial success. And now, it has also found place in CBSE question paper.

The first Malayalam film song that was released through Whatsapp was ‘Koottu Thedi Vannoru Kunjilam Katte’ from the film Varsham. This was one of the questions in the General Knowledge question paper of CBSE seventh standard class.

It was director Ranjith Shankar who broke the news about the question on his Facebook page. The song composed by Bijibal, sung by Sachin Warrier and written by M R  Jayageetha was released by Mammootty himself through his Whatsapp number.
