Kochi: Vineesh, son of Late Vasudevan has come to the fore against the police in connection with Varapuzha custody death incident.

Vineesh has said that he had not testified against Sreejith or Sajith. He clarified that he only said he knew Sreejith while being questioned the second time. He added that he has never said that Sreejith belonged to the gang that attacked their house.

It has also being found out the police questioned the complainant a second time only after Sreejith was admitted in the hospital in a critical condition. Vineesh has also said that the police questioned him for the second time on the morning of April 8th.
