THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Actor Joy Mathew has congratulated a 70-year-old man who set files in a village office on fire, after being flustered by the officers who repetedly send him back when he went with request for resurveying his plot.

Excerpts from FB post:
“The name of a 70-year-old person for whom I have felt reverence for is Kanjiramattam Chakkalaparabil Raveendran. The other day he doused files in Amballur village office with petrol and set them on fire. He is that unlucky fellow who had to walk up and down between the village office and home for years with the application for getting his land resurveyed. Having lost all his patience, he set the files on fire…”
