KOCHI: Actor Dileep has approached High Court with the plea that the actress attack case should be investigated by CBI . Dileep claims that he was arrested on the basis of the statement given by a gang member who attacked the actress. The actress was kidnapped and attacked on a moving car in Kochi on February 17th last year . Dileep spend 85 days in jail in the conspiracy case charged against him. After that he was released. On November 22nd special investigation team submitted their crime file report at the Angamali  Judicial First Class Magistrate court. The crime file report states that the belief that the actress was responsible for ruining the married life with Manju Warrier provoked him to give quotation and it was just a personal revenge.
