THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An ADGP’s official driver has alleged that the police officer’s daughter had hit him after she picked a quarrel with him.

It was Gavaskar, the driver of Battalion ADGP Sudesh Kumar, who has come out with a complaint against the latter’s daughter. The driver is now under treatment in Peroorkada hospital.

The incident happened on Thursday morning when Gavaskar took ADGP’s wife and daughter for morning walk at Kanakunnu palace.

The other day Gavaskar is known to have complained to the ADGP after his daughter verbally abused him. This chiding continued at Kanakakunnu premise also. He parked the car by the side, saying that he would not drive again, if she continued with her scolding. The girl, who got provoked by this behaviour of Gavaskar, got off the car and hit on his neck with her high-end mobile phone, according to the complaint lodged with the Museum police station.

However the ADGP has not responded to this incident.
