KOCHI: Salim Ahamed, director of award-winning movie Adaminte Makan Abu , has won the Shihab Thangal cultural award instituted by the Shihab Thangal Cultural Foundation. The award consists of a purse of Rs 10,001 and citation. K B Ganesh Kumar, Minister for Cinema, will present the award at a function at the Kala auditorium in Kothamangalam on Friday.
