Bollywood actor Lara Dutta, who just celebrated her first Mother's Day with her nearly four-month-old daughter Saira, says motherhood means unconditional love for your child and it makes you vulnerable too.

"The love for your child becomes so unconditional that the reality of who you really are becomes very clear to you because that is totally reflected in your child. That kind of unconditional love, which you experience, makes you very vulnerable. It also makes you aware of the world and everything which surrounds it," she said.

nd I am very happy about it. She is wonderful and is a lovely little girl. She is a joy to be around and I am thoroughly enjoying it," added the 34-year-old.

She was speaking at the launch of her DVD - Parental Yoga With Lara Dutta.

Lara and Mahesh Bhupati's daughter was born January 20. She also informed reporters that she had a caesarean section baby.
"I had a C-section because of the way Saira was placed. I think I have got back pretty quickly, considering it has been just three months," Lara said.
