KANNUR: Bronze items were found stolen from the Kalarivattam temple at Chala. Three bronze items, including a sword, a ‘pedakam' and a small idol kept in the ‘palliyara' were found missing, and the locks of the temple were found broken. The theft was first noticed by the devotees who reached the temple the next day. A loss of around Rs 20,000 is estimated. Police and fingerprint experts inspected the spot.
