ALUVA: Two people were killed and another two injured when the car in which they were travelling collided with another car at Pezhakkappally, near Moovattupuzha. The dead were identified as Sreemoolanagaram Grama Panchayath President Hamsa (51) and Panchayath Committee member Biju (39), police said. The injured Advocate Unnikrishan (40) and Abdul Rahman (40), who were travelling along with the dead persons were admitted to Kolenchery Medical Mission Hospital in a critical condition. According to police, the victims were traveling in a Maruthi Car which collided with Innova car, lost control and rammed into the rear part of the lorry. Hamasa and Biju died on the spot.
