NEW DELHI: Ahead of its much anticipated launch in India on Wednesday, Nokia 808 Pureview has been priced at Rs 33,899 on Nokia store.
The price on the store is 3 percent less than the MRP of Rs 33,899 as indicated by the listing.
The smartphone sports a mammoth 41 MP camera, and was first unveiled at the World Mobile Congress (WMC) currently underway in Barcelona, Spain.
Powered by a 1.3GHz processor the phone runs on Symbian Belle Future Pack 1 OS, and sports a 4-inch Amoled CBD display with Gorilla Glass protection.
The Nokia 808 PureView features a large, high-resolution 41 megapixel sensor with Carl Zeiss optics and new pixel oversampling technology.
The phone also includes full HD 1080p video recording and playback with 4X lossless zoom. It comes with what the company calls Nokia Rich Recording- technology that enables audio recording at CD-like levels of quality, previously only possible with external microphones.
Other features include NFC, Stereo FM Radio with FM transmitter, HDMI, 3G, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi b/g/n, DLNA, aGPS, Dolby Headphone technology and Dolby Digital Plus for 5.1 channel surround sound playback.
The 808 Pureview ships with a 1400 mAh battery.
