THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Australian Government and international oil giants have invited Nasser S Al Hajri Corporation (NSH), the flagship company of RP Group, to establish its business in Australia to meet growing demand in the LNG and Mining sector, RP Group Chairman Dr Ravi Pillai said. Addressing a press conference here, Pillai said the Company would recruit thousands of skilled workers from India to deploy to deliver projects in Australia. The Company would inaugurate its office in Perth, Australia, on July 5. The selected workforce would be given stringent training for which training centres would be opened in Kerala, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, Chandigarh, Delhi and Mumbai with the cooperation of Australian Technical and Further Education Institutions (TAFE). The salary and other perks of the technical staff could be above 25-50 lakhs per year depending upon their qualification and experience. The immigrant workers may also get nationality of Australia after two years’ service, he said.
