ALAPPUZHA: Two youths drowned when their country craft capsized at Punnamada Fishing Point here. The dead were identified as Shihab (23) and Shefequ (25) both hailing from the nearby areas, police said. The tragedy occurred when the two friends tried to row the small country craft, sources added. Though the local people tried to rescue both, they drowned. Later, the bodies were fished out, the sources said.
