Irrespective of the uncertainty factor looming large over whether it is the UDF or the LDF which will win this Assembly elections, one is disheartened to note that the scenario is very dismal this time. The next government will prove to be a very tragic experience for the people of Kerala from the perspective of a practical analysis.

If the UDF wins, it is going to be a disaster with probable conflicts between the power centres of the Chandy and the Chennthala groups/factions. The UDF will have to strain hard to come upto the expectations of the people.

If the LDF retains power, VS is going to assert that it is he who has brought the LDF and the party back to power and the octogenarian chief minister is likely to pull the cart according to his own notions of `rights` which will be unacceptable to the party. The conflict that to be between the chief minister and the party will be more serious in the next phase....

The next Government in Kerala (God`s own Country for its landscape)] may be in limelight of discussions for the Satanic Utterances and Deeds (due to the egos of individuals) ruling high.
