No. You are wrong. They have joined the services voluntarily on their own volition for their bread and butter not to talk of serving the nation. The disciplined services function under certain rules and regulations stricter than civilian counterparts as no force on the earth can survive without discipline. Some soldiers as is their wont are malingerers and wanting to bid their time without contributing anything. When these soldiers face a mild toughness from their superior they make a hue and cry for their own vested interests as also to wriggle out of the situation in which they are unscathed.
So, the indisciplined brats must be dealt with accordingly and no mercy should be shown to them lest the basic fabric of services methods and morale would be crumbled.
