Kathaveedu, scripted by M T Vasudevan Nair and directed by Sohanlal has Kavya Madhavan and Kunchacko Boban in lead roles. The film produced by Jose Thomas will be the adaptation of some heartwarming family stories by MT. The shooting of the film will begin only next year.

Other casts of the film include Biju Menon, Lal, Manoj K Jayan, Mythili and Sarayu etc. Kavya is nowadays choosy and this script is surely to have appealed  her.

After completing Breaking News, Kavya is currently shooting for Bavuttiyude Namathil in Calicut where she plays a mother of two.
