THRISSUR: The Thrissur Vigilance Court ssued a warrant against the seventh accused in the palmolein case, Sivaramakrishnan, former Director of the P&E Private Limited, as he failed to appear before it. The court posted further hearing on discharge petitions filed by four accused in the case for November 7. The petitions were filed by former Food Minister T H Mustaffa, former Chief Secretary S Padmakumar, former Additional Chief Secretary Zachariah Mathew, and former Director of the Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Jiji Thomson.
