The news about unification of retirement in Govt. Departments and its impact to the candidates in the PSC rank list needs to be looked into. The solutions are

1. Creation of super numeracy posts at entry level as per GO.(P) No. 262/2009/Fin.  But many departments have not yet done this during the financial year 2010-11.

(Govt. had extended the validity of rank lists during the year 2010-11 till May 2011 considering the delay in creation of super numeracy posts and delay in reporting of vacancies)

or 

2. Extend the validity of rank lists during the current year also as it has been done during the previous financial year

Considering the seriousness of the situation I again humbly request you to consider the below matter for putting in your news paper
