Actress Amala Paul's former husband and director A L Vijay has confirmed that reports on his re-marriage are baseless. "The spreading of such rumours are really disturbing," this was his only response.

Vijay and Amala Paul got legally divorced only last week. Certain Tamil media reported that Amala walked out from the sets in the middle of the shooting after being tipped off that Vijay's father was hunting for a new bride for his son.
