KOZHIKODE: Janata Dal (United) in Kerala will take out evening marches throughout the state in protest against rising prices of essentials in the state, on March 18. JD (U) General Secretary Sheikh P Harris in a statement here today said Communist Party of India (Marxist)-led Left Democratic Front (LDF), assumed office nine months, had virtually failed to take people friendly measures. They were also unable to take steps to contain price rise and severe drought situation, he said. The march called by JDU state committee will be held in all the constituencies in the state, he added.
