Dileep starrer Ramaleela, directed by newcomer Arun Gopan, will hit theatres on July 21. After media went agog with stories about Dileep's suspected role in actress attack case in Kochi, the release date of the film was put off. Earlier, it was decided to release the film on July 7.

But, film's producer Tomichan Mulakupadam told an online media that the delay was due to some pending technical works in the film.

In the film, Dileep will appear as a politician called Ramanunni. The film that depicts Ramanuni's family life and political life is peppered with many humourous instances.

Kattapanayile Rithik Roshen and Ore Mukham star Prayaga Martin is the heroine.

Mukesh, siddique, Vijayaraghavan, Kalabhavan Shajon, Suresh Krishna, Anil Murali and Sreejith Ravi are other stars in the film

Radhika Sharatkumar and Ranji Panicker will do important roles.
