KOCHI: Reports say that Dileep’s manager Appunni and Pulsar Suni’s previous advocate Prateesh Chacko will get arrested soon in connection wih the case of the actress getting attacked in Kochi.

The police have hinted that the two are within the investigation jurisdiction itself. They have intensified the search for the two. The major challenge for the police is to find Appunni and Prateesh Chacko before Dileep secures bail.

The police had summoned Prateesh Chacko’s junior advocate Raju Joseph to the Aluva Police Club to question him about the whereabouts of Prateesh who has gone in hiding. Reports say that the police has got crucial information about the hideout of Prateesh Chacko from Raju. The investigating team has decided to question Dileep again after questioning Prateesh and Appunni.

Pulsar Suni, in his statement to the police, has said that he handed over the memory card with the video and images of the attack of the actress to Prateesh Chacko, which he would give to Dileep.

Kavya Madhavan and her mother Shyamala might be questioned by the police again in the coming days.

The police has recorded the statements of two people who may prove to be crucial witnesses in the case regarding the controversy behind the attack of the actress. They have stated that they have seen Dileep meeting up with Pulsar Suni at the location of the actor’s movie ‘Georgettan’s Pooram’. Their statement will prove vital under the current circumstance when Dileep is maintaining his stance that he has not seen Pulsar Suni. Their statements were recorded in secret to avoid the witnesses getting influenced.

Meanwhile the police has also approached another young actress who was allegedly attacked by Pulsar Suni based on a quotation that he received. Reports say that she has agreed to cooperate with the investigation. She agreed to cooperate following the intervention by the Women in Cinema Collective (WCC).

It is reported that the actress who debuted with a Lohitadas movie, was attacked based on a quotation given by a Kottayam based film producer. Dileep is close to this producer. He was seen justifying Dileep in TV channel discussions and it is suspected that Pulsar Suni got the quotation from Dileep through this producer. He was also allegedly involved in the Kiliroor sex scandal.
