KOCHI: Actor Dileep’s mother Sarojam went to meet his son in Aluva sub-jail on Friday evening. She along with her younger son Anoop went to the jail at around 3.30 pm. The high court had postponed considering his bail application to next Friday, following which his mother went to meet him.

Since Dileep’s arrest on July 10, only his brother has been visiting him. Dileep had specifically told him not to bring his wife Kavya or his daughter Meenakshi to jail to meet him.

Though Dileep’s brother-in-law Sharath had also accompanied the duo, he was denied permission to enter the jail.

The mother is known to have finally decided to meet Dileep in person as already a month had passed with no sign of bail for his son yet.
