The trailer of ‘Chef’ that brings together Bollywood biggie Saif Ali Khan and Multi-faceted South Indian star Padmapriya was released the other day. The film was directed by Malayali director Raja Krishna Menon. ‘Chef’ is the Hindi version of the Hollywood film with the same title released in 2014. Padmapriya is the heroine.

The long line-up of cast includes Siddique, Shanthakumari, Dinesh Prabhakar, Daneesh Karthik, Chandran Roy Sanyal, Sachin Kambli and Shayan Munshi.

The shoot of the film took place in Fort Kochi, Alappuzha, Cherthala and Eramallur.

The film, which tells the life story of a chef, will reach theatres on October 6. Raja Krishna Menon was also the director of Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Airlift’.
