Former DGP Lakshmana’s daughter and advocate Sangeetha Lakshmana has taken to Facebook to make a scathing attack on actress Manju Warrier over actress attack issue. Sangeetha asks on what basis Manju had said that there was criminal conspiracy behind the attack s in Koci, that too, within 48 hours of the incident.

In the post, she makes indirect references to the intimacy between Manju Warrier and director Sreekumar Menon. At the same time, she also extends her full support to the actor, who is in remand in Aluva sub-jail.

“My support for Sebastian Paul Sir. For Sri Dileep my strong support….Manju had said that there was criminal conspiracy behind the attack. She would give her full support to steps taken to bring the culprits before the law... but she didn’t do anything on this account despite emotionally saying so with teary eyes and with zero make-up. Where did she get this information? How come she made an allegation which even the attacked actress didn’t make?”

Sangeetha also speaks against the tendency to badmouth Dileep while the actress’ version is taken without a pinch of salt. “Let the court decide whose version is right, based on evidence. Till then I will be with Dileep. I will not change my stand just because Dileep was denied bail twice, ” she adds.
