KOCHI: Actor Dileep will not file bail plea in the high court on Wednesday in connection with the abduction case of a popular actress. His advocate Raman Pillai said the bail plea will be filed tomorrow.

This is the third time the actor is moving the court with the bail plea. The actor will mention in the plea that as the probe is in the last stage he should be granted bail. The plea will also indicate that the Angamali Magistrate Court had granted permission for him to attend his father’s death anniversary rituals and that he had followed all the rules of the court. However, the prosecution will request the court not to grant him bail.  They will request not to grant him bail as the charge sheet will be filed soon.

The actor was arrested on July 10. On 15th, the Angamaly Judicial First Cass Magistrate Court had rejected his bail plea. The high court had twice rejected his bail pleas. Advocate K Ramkumar first appeared for him in the high court. The case was later handed over to advocate B Raman Pillai.

The prosecution will also voice the frequent visit of actors at the jail.
