KOCHI: Actor Dileep, remanded in the actress attack case, has filed a bail plea at the Angamaly Magistrate Court. The same court had earlier rejected his bail plea. The high court had twice rejected his bail pleas. He moved Angamaly Magistrate Court with the bail plea when everyone thought that he would move the high court with it.

The prosecution had alleged that conspiracy in the case was hatched by the actor but had not produced any solid evidences in it. The case is that he had asked to take the nude picture of the actress. The bail plea had mentioned that in the absence of a charge sheet in the case, he is entitled for a conditional bail.

If granted bail, will neither try to influence the witness nor destroy evidence? He had agreed to cooperate with the probe. Dileep had also pointed that he had followed the rules when permitted to attend his father’s death anniversary rituals.
