THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Saritha S Nair who raised allegations against Congress-UDF leaders in connection with the ‘solar scam’ has come to the fore with new allegations.

She has now alleged that the son of a Congress leader who was a former union minister had used her for mafia business. She added that she has forwarded a complaint to the Chief Minister regarding this and it is under crime branch investigation.

She clarified that the person used her in other businesses which are unrelated to the ‘solar scam’. She added that she is not in a position to reveal who the person is but asserted that their business is not restricted to solar.

She said she has just pointed out some of these in her complaint, and added that she would reveal further details later.

She has also revealed that it’s not just the son of the former union minister but people from other states are also involved in this. She said she only had solar business but she used to free-lance for her investors. She said she used her contacts to get investors even from abroad for her clients.
